Yasmin has been with Brain Chase Coles for over 5 years as a Solicitor in the Firm’s Family Law team. She has experience dealing with a wide range of Family Law including divorce, property and financial issues, civil partnerships, separation, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence, and children’s matters. Yasmin is a member of Resolution (formerly SFLA).
Yasmin specialises in dealing with a full range of children’s cases, particularly acting for parents in child care cases involving a Local Authority, and acting for both married and un-married parents in conflict with their former partner concerning the future residence and contact arrangements for their children.
Yasmin is married with two children. As a working mother, her expert knowledge, life experience and “juggling” abilities ensure an understanding, efficient and realistic approach to assisting with family problems.
