Jon Coles heads the Property Department
The Property Department is headed by Jonathan Coles who has considerable experience in dealing with both domestic and now mainly commercial property. Jon is also one of only four Notaries Public in Basingstoke.
The Property Department is staffed by Solicitors and Legal Executives namely Jon Coles, Lisa Rigby, Lorraine Cramp and Jo Francis and a team of secretaries.
The department carries out property transactions in an efficient and streamlined way to assist our clients with what is said to be one of the most stressful experiences in life.
We make use of some of the latest computer technology but never forget that sound legal advice and picking up the telephone to help coordinate the various aspects of any transaction is just as important to ensure that our client’s move runs as smoothly as possible.
We have a good working relationship with local residential and commercial agents and also have good contacts with other related property professionals. We can recommend independent financial advisors and surveyors, where necessary.
