Brain Chase Coles attends Mortgage Rescue reception

Nick Massey-Chase and Margaret Stevenson, Partners at Brain Chase Coles, were delighted to meet the Minister for the South East, John Shaw MP at a reception given by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council on 16 December 2009. The firm was being recognized for its work assisting the Council with the legal requirements of customers of the new government Mortgage Rescue Scheme. During the reception, Mark Fisher, Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council’s specialist housing officer, gave a presentation detailing how B&DBC had approved more houses for the Mortgage Rescue Scheme than any other local authority in the Hampshire area and he praised the work of Brain Chase Coles as one of its partners in this.
A new Council-led Court desk service will commence at Basingstoke County Court on 8 February 2010, which Brain Chase Coles is supporting as the Council’s preferred solicitor.
