New Head of Wills and Probate is STEP award winner

The new Head of Wills and Probate at Brain Chase Coles solicitors in Basingstoke is an award winner with the major professional body for wills, trusts and estate management worldwide.

Miss Sarah Palmer achieved a distinction in all four modules of her legal diploma and was presented with an Excellence Award by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Since qualifying, Sarah has worked in Private Client law focusing on wills, tax planning, the administration of estates, elderly client work, trusts and court of protection cases. Before joining Brain Chase Coles she was a solicitor with Lovegroves LLP based in Windsor.

Sarah will head the Wills and Probate department at Brain Chase Coles handling all aspects of this area of law including powers of attorney and the creation and administration of trusts.
