Cristiane Taylor has been appointed as an assistant solicitor

Brain Chase Coles solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs Cristiane Taylor as an assistant solicitor in the firms’ Litigation Department.

Cristiane qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 from the Guildford College of Law. She was previously with PainSmith solicitors in Alton, having begun her career at Leonard & Co in Southampton.

Cristiane will focus on Housing litigation and has extensive experience in this area. She has worked with both commercial and private landlords and tenants in all major aspects of housing issues including rights and obligations, tenancy agreements, Rent Act regulated tenancies, unlawful evictions, harassment, homelessness procedures and disputes with local authorities. Cristiane also has particular expert knowledge of possession proceedings and mortgage arrears.
