Margaret Stevenson
Margaret Stevenson heads the firm's Litigation Department.
She was awarded a Law Degree from Nottingham University in 1982, admitted
as a Solicitor in 1985 and became a partner in Brain and Brain in 1989.
Margaret acts as Legal Advisor to a number of Housing Associations and also supervises the firm's work for Publicly Funded tenants, having been awarded one of the few franchises in Housing Law in North Hampshire by the Legal Services Commision. She therefore has extensive experience in acting for Landlords and Tenants on a wide variety of issues.
Margaret also specializes in personal injury work and complex litigation cases. She is a member of the Social Housing Law Association and of the Housing Law Practitioners Association as well as a part-time Tribunal Judge.
