Margaret Stevenson
Margaret Stevenson heads the firm's Litigation Department.
She was awarded a Law Degree from Nottingham University in 1982, admitted
as a Solicitor in 1985 and became a partner in Brain and Brain in 1989.
Margaret has acted as Legal Advisor to a number of Housing Associations and regularly appears in the County Court to represent Landlords. She has extensive experience in acting for Landlords and Tenants on a wide variety of issues.
Margaret also specialises in complex property litigation cases. She is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association, as well as a part-time Tribunal Judge.
