Margaret Stevenson heads the Litigation Department
The firm’s Litigation Department can assist in respect of a wide range of legal problems for both individuals and businesses.
At the outset our lawyers will try to establish our Client’s objective to see whether Court proceedings are necessary or whether a carefully worded letter or telephone negotiations may be the best course of action.
If proceedings are necessary, we will advise on the different methods of funding available including Public Funding, Legal Expenses Insurance and Conditional Fee Agreements.
The department makes extensive use of IT, with many Clients using e-mail as their preferred method of communication.
