Lisa qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1995 and also qualified as a Legal Executive and was admitted as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2001. She joined Brain Chase Coles as a Conveyancer in November 2001.
Lisa specialises in residential conveyancing and also works closely with developer clients (both individuals and construction companies) in their acquisition of the development sites and the various ancillary issues which arise during the course of development and the subsequent disposal of the newly constructed units.
Lisa is experienced in undertaking conveyancing work for clients coming to the firm direct or via web-based conveyancing introductory services.
Lisa has excellent working relationships with local estate agents and has good local knowledge having worked in Property Law departments in Basingstoke since 1986.
