Kate Martin
Kate is a solicitor working in the Firm's Family Law team with experience in all aspects of divorce, ancillary relief, private law, children matters and other related family matters.
She qualified in 1999 and is a member of Resolution (previously the Solicitors Family Law Association). Kate has been practising family law in Basingstoke for a number of years prior to joining Brain Chase Coles.
Kate is married with teenage children. Having studied for her law degree later in life and worked full time whilst having family responsibilities, Kate has hands on experience of the difficulties that can arise in the family situation and experience of some of the practical solutions.
Kate is keen to provide clients with a good quality service with a sympathetic but robust approach to reaching a resolution that will enable the family to look to a positive future.
