Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
We will support you in discussing the difficult issues arising and choices to be made when appointing an Attorney to act for you and can advise children and parents in circumstances where a family member is losing or has lost mental capacity.
We deal with applications to the Court of Protection for the registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the appointment of Receivers. We are able to assist with an application to the Court in respect of the making of a statutory will for a person with mental incapacity.
