Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
We have experience in the preparation and registration of both Property and Affairs and Personal Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney, the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and applications to Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy and can advise you on your responsibilities as Receiver or Deputy.
We can advise children and parents in circumstances where a family member is losing or has lost mental capacity and we can assist with an application to the Court for the making of a statutory will for a person with mental incapacity.
