Having been a taboo subject for many years, domestic violence is now more widely acknowledged in all walks of life and we have considerable experience of dealing sensitively with these problems when they arise. We can give support and where necessary take prompt legal action to ensure the adequate safety and protection of our client.
We can obtain Orders preventing violence or harassment and if necessary excluding a partner from the home. We are particularly aware of the harmful effects on children of witnessing domestic abuse.
