Cristiane Taylor joined Brain Chase Coles as an assistant solicitor in July 2008. She works in the Litigation department.
Cristiane qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 from the Guildford College of Law. She was previously with PainSmith solicitors in Alton, having begun her career at Leonard & Co in Southampton.
Cristiane focuses on Housing litigation and has extensive experience in this area. She has worked with both commercial and private landlords and tenants in all major aspects of housing issues including rights and obligations, tenancy agreements, Rent Act regulated tenancies, unlawful evictions, harassment, homelessness procedures and disputes with local authorities. Cristiane also has particular expert knowledge of possession proceedings and mortgage arrears.
