Brain Chase Coles has played an active part in the local community for many years and believes that the local knowledge of our lawyers contributes to the high quality of legal advice that we can offer.
The firm has been contracted with the legal aid agency for many years and, despite significant cuts to legal aid funding, remains one of the few local firms to be able to offer legally aided advice. We believe that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to good legal representation and therefore offer tailored and fixed fees to many clients.
Our firm supports local events and frequently sponsors community groups.
We are delighted to report that the staff at Brain Chase Coles took part in several fundraising schemes in 2011, raising over £550.00 for the following Charities: Breast Cancer, Jeans for Genes (which raises money for genetic disorders) and Barnardo’s.
Brain Chase Coles’ private client team, headed up by Sarah Palmer, have recently taken part in scheme designed to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice and raised an astounding £3,955 so far, with several appointments still in the diary!
A team of 6 of our support staff took part in Basingstoke’s third “Girls Night Out” Midnight Walk on Saturday 3 September 2011 in order to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice. This event is organised for women of all ages and fitness levels to join a 6 mile or 11 mile walk around Basingstoke.
Brain Chase Coles was delighted to support a local Basingstoke primary school by sponsoring the fun run at its annual sports day on Sunday 28th June. Fairfields Primary is raising money for a new kitchen garden project through various events and the firm provided a medal for every runner taking part.
