Guest Article – Britain’s Lost Highways by Alan Kind

February 2013

I am delighted to introduce Alan Kind’s article on Britain’s Lost Highways, the first ever guest contributor to our website. We thought that visitors to our website would enjoy reading something a bit different from the normal legal commentary to be found on most lawyers’ websites.

Alan is the editor of Byways and Bridleway and is extremely knowledgeable about all things to do with rights of way. It has been my privilege to have worked with Alan in challenging County Councils and National Park Authorities in many cases since 2003.

I hope you find this article of interest. If you have other topics which you would like to see covered or if you would like to volunteer to write something yourself, please let me know.
